About Us
As King David wrote, “Behold, how good and
how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell
together in unity (Psalm 133:1)!”
The Lord likens this unity to “the precious
ointment: that flowed down Aaron’s beard and
down the skirt of his garments” as he and
his sons were anointed and consecrated to the
priestly office (Psalm 133:2, KJV). So, unity
allows the anointing to flow and blessing to be
commanded.
Jesus, too, elevated unity to high status in His
priestly prayer in John 17. The deep yearning of
His heart for each of us on the eve of His
crucifixion was this:
“That they all may be one, as You, Father,
are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be
one in Us, that the world may believe that You
sent Me (John 17:21).”
In the unity of Christ’s Body, the world will
see—and touch and taste and smell the fragrance
of Jesus.
